I can't believe that our last week of the school year is here! The students are continuing to work hard in the classroom.  They have been writing All About books on topics of their choice.  We have many experts writing about surfing, camp, animals, sports, and science experiments! This week students will edit and finalize their pieces and we will have our final writing celebration.

In reading we have been learning about the meaning of different colors.  We have been writing in our book of knowledge and growing our minds even more! The students are continuing to read independently for expanded periods of time, and they love to partner read!

This week in math the students will be creating shops.  They will learn how to make change from $1.00, create a store, price all of their inventory, and sell to their peers! 

Remember that this week is spirit week!

Thursday - Mustache Day
Friday - Eagle Shirt Day

We will be walking to Marston on Monday morning for step up day! Please make sure your child arrives to school on time.
